Nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps, this beautiful hotel boasts excellent views of the mountain range, with a ski lift located a stone's throw away. the rooms are luxurious with cozy fireplaces and spa, like bathrooms. the breakfast buffet is a fantastic feast with high, quality food, enjoyed in an idyllic Alpine setting. the friendly staff are always on hand to provide welcome assistance and Audrey's relaxing spa treatments come highly recommended.
Some guests have noted that the lunch, time service was limited, with only two options.

We couldn't have asked for anything more. The hotel facilities were exceptional, the location next to the Savoleyres ski lift was very convenient, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The cleanliness was impressive, and the breakfast was simply amazing.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that catered to all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a variety of treatments, massage, and sauna. the indoor swimming pool was clean and relaxing, and the sun terrace with heated swimming pool provided a stunning view of the surroundings. the staff was attentive, courteous, and provided excellent service.
The only minor issue was the bathroom facilities, which were not up to par with the luxurious standards of this venue. the room advantages more than made up for this, with private facilities and exclusive amenities that provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We spent a wonderful New Year's Eve at this hotel and we loved the fact that they offered a fantastic buffet with a huge variety of delicious food. The view from the balcony was amazing and the location was perfect for skiing. We also enjoyed the friendly service from the staff, which added to the overall experience.
we were charged extra for breakfast even though the waiter had indicated it was included. These aspects detracted from what could have been an excellent stay.

Great food and friendly staff. the spa was also a nice experience with helpful personnel. the location was convenient, close to a ski lift and shuttle service offered to the city center. Plus, there was a nice bar with tasty drinks.
Dull and old-fashioned room, with broken bathroom equipment and unstable water temperature. the window was dirty and the bed was not very comfortable.
